A day of sports and fundraising all in the best effort to help a friend in need. Just A Friend team are proud to organise a fun futsal tournament to raise funds for a friend who is undergoing kidney transplant procedure in overseas. And we would like you to be a part of this and welcome you to join us on 14 June 2009.
A dear friend to us, Mr Chut Nyak Esqandar was diagnosed with acute kidney failure late last year and has recently flown to Nanning, China on 24 May 2009 to undergo kidney transplant. With that, we have decided to help as much as we can for our dear friend. Come and help us in any way to make this event a success. We can assure you that this event will be strictly for Chut Nyak Esqandar and all proceeds will go to his fund.
Date: 14 June 2009, Sunday
Time: 8.30am – 12.15 pm
Venue: Soccer Xcel, Segambut, Kuala Lumpur
Programme Detail:
8.30am Registration of teams
9.30am Group stage kick off
11.15am Knock Out stage
12.15pm Prize Giving Ceremony
Rules and Regulations:
- Teams can only register eight (8) players
- A Certified Referee will officiate each game
- The referee’s decision is final
- A minimum of 16 teams and maximum of 24 teams will be competing
- Prize money and trophies will be given to top three (3) teams:
-Minimum registration per team is RM500 (Teams are welcome to contribute more if they wish to)
